The outcome
Every
stage priced on delivery
Each stage, zone, set slot and hospitality space is priced on its audience and footfall.
Tiered
packages below the title
Brands priced out of the title deal can now own a stage or moment instead.
Fuller
pipeline for next edition
The festival sells a menu of partnerships instead of one headline deal.
The Challenge
The festival had one title partner and a long list of brands that asked about getting involved but never signed. Everything below the title deal was sold as logo placement, so smaller budgets saw little reason to commit. A festival is not one asset. Every stage, zone, set time and after-hours moment has its own crowd and its own story and none of it was being sold that way.

What we did
1
Mapped every sellable moment
We listed every stage, zone, set slot and hospitality space with its audience, footfall and dwell time, so each one could be priced on what it delivers.
2
Built packages by stage and zone
We created tiered packages, from stage naming rights to sponsored zones and moments, each with clear rights and a price range set against the market.
3
Took them to the right brands
We matched each package to brand categories that fit the crowd, then ran outreach so every proposal was built around that brand’s own goals.
What happened next
The festival now goes to market with a menu of partnerships rather than one headline deal. Brands that were priced out of the title sponsorship can own a stage or a moment instead, so the next edition starts with a fuller pipeline.
