2. Our services and the website

The website describes our accelerators, masterclasses, managed services and transformation work for sport, music, arts and culture organisations, along with case studies and articles. It is for information only and is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Prices are indicative. "From" prices are starting points in UAE dirhams, exclude VAT unless stated, and are confirmed only in a written proposal.
Paid work has its own contract. Every engagement is governed by a signed proposal, statement of work or engagement letter. If it conflicts with these terms, that contract prevails.
Results vary. Case studies, statistics and projected outcomes describe past work or typical aims. They are not a promise of the results you will achieve.
Bookings and chat. Call bookings are handled by Calendly and chats by WhatsApp. Booking a call does not create a contract for services.
