Our approach has been refined with the world's leading rights holders.

2403 Group is named after the birth date of my son and I am loving every moment of watching both him and the business grow.

Our team have delivered millions in value growth by following a simple, structured approach:

  1. What would make an audience engage

  2. Prototype quickly

  3. Get the prototype in front of prospective sponsors

  4. Convert

We bring sponsorship sales, outreach, digital development and data under the same roof and I can’t wait to collaborate with you.

Sam Cherry

Founder, 2403 Group

What does 2403 Group do?

2403 Group is a Dubai-based commercial growth partner for sport, music and arts & culture. We help rights holders of every size attract the right sponsors, create activations audiences love and turn their fan data into new revenue.

We work with clubs, leagues, federations, festivals, labels, venues, museums and galleries, as well as the brands that sponsor them. From our base in Dubai, we work with partners across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Our services include fixed-fee Accelerators such as Get More Sponsors, Engage More Fans and Activate Better. We run hands-on Masterclasses, from Growth Bootcamp to Mastering AI. Our Managed Services include Sponsor Radar, Sponsor Outreach, Activation Studio, Content Studio and Data Studio. We also deliver end-to-end Transformation programmes.

2403 Group was founded by Sam Cherry, former Director of Technology at FIFA, who has also held senior roles across global sports federations, big 4 consulting and sponsorship businesses.

Why work with 2403 Group?

Sponsorship, digital and data usually sit with different partners, so good ideas get lost between them. We bring all three under one roof. The people you meet are the people who do the work. We stay with you until partners are signed, activations are live and results are reported.

We're platform-neutral, so our advice fits your audience and your goals rather than a software sales target. Because we build as well as sell, we can create new inventory partners want, not just repackage what you already have.

You can start small with a fixed-fee Accelerator and know within weeks what you can sell, what it's worth and where to start. From there, build your team's skills in a Masterclass, bring us in as a Managed Service or work with us on full-scale Transformation.

Whichever route you choose, we measure ourselves on two things: the revenue we help you grow and how capable your team is when we step back.
